We've developed a thorough process to ensure every client gets exactly the photos they need — with zero money down and full approval at every stage.
Contact us by email or call/text to describe your project. We'll review your products, the type of shots you need, and provide a clear quote. No commitment required — quotes are always free.
You put zero money down when the project starts. We believe in 100% satisfaction — so we don't ask for deposits or any payment up front. No deposits and no obligations, period.
Ship your products to our Austin studio using any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), or drop them off in person if you're local to the Austin area (Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville vicinity). We handle all products with care.
We take sample photos and send them to you for review before proceeding with the full shoot. This ensures we're capturing exactly the angles, lighting, and style you want.
If you have any feedback on the samples, we'll re-shoot based on your corrections. We include up to 3 rounds of corrections to make sure the final result is exactly right.
Once the direction is confirmed, we shoot the final photos. Samples of the final shoot are sent again for your approval before we deliver the complete set.
After you approve the final photos, we email you an invoice. Payment is then received before the download link is sent. We accept bank check, Zelle, and other payment methods.
After payment, we email you a web download link for your final high-resolution images. Files include both 72 dpi (approx. 1000×800px) and 300 dpi (approx. 4200×3000px, 12 MP) versions.
Your products are shipped back to you — or you can pick them up locally if you're in the Austin area. If you don't need the products returned, just let us know.
Our studio is located in Austin, TX near the intersection of RM 620 and Bayheights Way — convenient for clients in Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville, and the greater Austin area.
Not local? No problem. We accept mail-in projects from businesses all over the United States. Simply ship your products to our studio, and we'll handle everything from there — sending samples, making corrections, and mailing your products back.
A little preparation before you ship goes a long way toward getting the exact photos you envision.
Specify each angle: front, back, side, close-up detail, open/closed, etc. The more specific, the better.
Share competitor photos, mood boards, or examples of styles you like. Visual references remove guesswork.
Send products clean and ready to shoot. Fingerprints, dust, and packaging wrinkles show up under studio lighting.
If you have brand guidelines (colors, style, feel), share them. We'll ensure photos fit your overall brand aesthetic.
Tell us where photos will be used (Amazon, Shopify, Instagram) so we can optimize size, format, and aspect ratios.
If you have multiple colors or sizes, clearly label each item so we can organize your catalog efficiently.
