Do you offer consultations before I place an order? +
Yes! We're happy to discuss your project before you commit. Send us an email or fill out the contact form with a description of what you need, and we'll provide guidance and a free quote.
Where do I ship my products? +
We'll provide our shipping address once you've confirmed your order. Our studio is located in Austin, TX (RM 620 & Bayheights Way, Austin, TX 78726). If you're in the Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, or Pflugerville area, you're welcome to drop off your products in person instead.
Can I get a sample photo before committing to a full order? +
We do offer test shots for larger orders. For small orders, our extensive portfolio typically demonstrates the quality level you can expect. Ask us about this when requesting your quote.
Do you shoot food or beverages? +
We can photograph packaged food and beverage products (bottles, cans, boxes, etc.) but we do not shoot fresh food or plated meals. Lifestyle and white background shots are both available for packaged food products.
